Taitung Xiangding Festival: Free Fruit Picking and Food Vouchers Available

In addition to various promotional activities by different organizations, the opening day on the 19th will also feature numerous giveaways. Over fifty booths will be set up by home economics classes for food and agricultural product sales — so there's plenty to eat and take home. To promote the local Xiangding fruit and support farmers' incomes, farmers from Beiyuan area have been specially invited to join the “Parent-Child Fruit Picking Fun” event this year, opening their orchards for visitors to experience the joy of fruit picking firsthand. During the fruit picking period from March 19th to 27th, visitors can pick fruit and use the NT$75 fruit picking voucher to offset part of the cost, paying only the remaining balance if applicable.
