Paopao Sandwich offers a simple menu with just five flavors. Their signature item is the “Wan Jia Xiang Barbecue Sandwich.” To ensure customers don’t struggle with tough gristle while enjoying the sandwich, the shop carefully trims the fat off each slice of meat and marinates it—so the daily quantity is limited, and they often sell out shortly after opening.
