To welcome the Gongliao Music Festival, businesses offer an early-bird 25% discount

The 2011 Gongliao International Marine Music Festival will officially kick off on July 6 for five consecutive days at Fulong Beach. This year marks the first time the event is being held after New Taipei City was upgraded to a municipality, not only extending the festival to five days but also featuring an unprecedented lineup of top bands from 12 regions around the world. Anticipating the influx of visitors, local businesses are offering special accommodation deals, with up to 25% off for those who book in advance.

Each day of the Gongliao International Marine Music Festival features a different theme to deliver waves of rock energy. On July 6, the festival opens with “Taike Rock Reunion,” showcasing performances by groups such as Chairman and the Clasher Electric Big Band. The Farglory Hotel, located next to Fulong Beach, features seaside villas with a tropical flair. Guests can stroll along the golden sands, enjoy sunbathing, and dive into the cool blue waters of the ocean.

To coincide with the arrival of the Marine Music Festival, Farglory is offering an early-bird promotion: book a stay between July 1 and August 31 before July 15 to enjoy 25% off weekday rates (limited to 10 rooms) and 5% off weekend rates (limited to 5 rooms). Additionally, the “Summer Chill” package is available: from July 1 to August 31, a mountain-view double room for one night with two meals is priced at NT$6,336 + 10% service charge on weekdays.
