The romantic summer cosmos flower sea in Hualien makes a dazzling debut

During the hot summer months, the most popular outdoor activity is water play, and the water play area at Zhongfeng Farm is quite popular among visitors. The cool mountain spring water is the best way to beat the heat. In addition to water activities, the farm has transformed its six-hectare alfalfa fallow land into a stunning yellow cosmos flower sea, which has recently blossomed. Under the summer sunshine, the yellows appear even more vibrant and the greens even greener, attracting large crowds of tourists who come to take photos. It has now become the most eye-catching scenic spot on the farm.

The viewing period for this wave of flower blooms is expected to last until early August. To make it easier for visitors to take photos against this beautiful backdrop, the farm has specially created walking paths through the flower sea. In addition to walking, bicycles and electric scooters are also allowed. Visitors can stroll along the paths to find the best photo spots. The farm will also set up various scarecrows to enhance the pastoral charm.

In addition, for the upcoming Qixi Valentine’s Day, Zhongfeng Farm will host a “kiss and get a gift” event at 10:30 a.m. on August 6 next to the triumphal arch at the ticket entrance. Couples are welcome to sign up. As long as they kiss for more than 10 seconds on-site, they can enjoy free admission. Additionally, the top five couples who kiss the longest will not only get free entry but also receive generous prizes.
