Stroll through seas of golden blooms — the daylilies of Taimali are in full swing

During the hot summer, the most anticipated sight of golden daylilies covering the mountains always attracts thousands of visitors eager to enjoy the flowers and escape the heat. This year’s Taimali Golden Daylily Mountain “Midsummer Ride Dreams” series of events kicked off on July 30. The opening ceremony of the flower season began at 10:30 AM at the Jinxian Mountain Leisure Farm. On the day of the event, the Taimali Township Office planned a series of exciting activities and invited visitors from across the country to join this grand celebration.

A special “Golden Daylily Mountain Bike Leisure Ride” launch event was planned for the opening day, starting at 8:00 AM in front of the Taimali Township Office. Riders set off in high spirits, pedaling at a non-competitive pace without overtaking, while slowly taking in the beautiful scenery along the way. Surrounded by the forest’s rich phytoncides, one’s health and vitality are instantly revitalized. Those who complete the biking challenge will also be awarded a “Warrior Certificate.” The “Midsummer Ride Dreams” Golden Daylily Mountain Bike Leisure Ride begins at this very moment!

In addition to the bike leisure ride, the event also features highly discounted package tours, guided flower viewing shuttle services, a local produce carnival marketing campaign, golden daylily gourmet food tastings, an agricultural industry cultural experience, body painting activities, various parent-child DIY experiences, free distribution of event balloons and temporary tattoos, a “Midsummer Warrior” and “Golden Daylily Princess” competition, Middle Eastern belly dance performances, and local indigenous welcome dance shows — offering a rich and exciting program.
