With a focus on healthy yet delicious recipes, their vibrant and dainty appearance is sure to win over female customers—making it quite an unconventional Mid-Autumn gift box.

Macarons are intricately crafted with a delicate process—featuring a crisp outer shell and a soft inner filling. Known in France as “the maiden’s bosom,” their production involves many restrictions, from the selection of almond flour and sugar to flavoring formulations. Upholding principles of naturalness and healthiness, creating a variety of flavors is indeed quite challenging.

PAUL’s team has developed coloring formulas using purely natural plant-based ingredients, with no added artificial colorings. They also use beet sugar instead of regular sugar to reduce sweetness, resulting in a healthier and more natural taste—while still maintaining a glossy exterior and a slightly chewy inner texture.
