Hello Kitty is flying in the sky!* EVA Air makes your flight experience extra kawaii

The super kawaii EVA Air Hello Kitty livery plane is back again!* The first livery aircraft, the "Magic Aircraft," will begin flying the Taipei to Hokkaido route starting October 31. Among the three livery planes being introduced, there are over a hundred cabin items themed around Kitty, including boarding passes, luggage tags, hand soap, paper cups, pillows, and even meals designed with Hello Kitty patterns. Special ice cream and desserts are so adorable you won’t want to eat them. Compared to previous Hello Kitty livery planes launched by EVA Air, this time the livery covers a larger area, and there are even more service items for passengers inside the cabin!*

There are a total of three EVA Air Hello Kitty livery planes. The first one introduced, the "Magic Aircraft," is themed “Hello Kitty with Magic Star,” featuring Kitty on the fuselage waving a magic wand, with Hello Kitty’s family and friends on both sides of the plane. The "Magic Aircraft" was officially unveiled today (the 27th), and its level of kawaii charm was so strong that even aviation professionals and media couldn’t resist taking photos with it during their break. But don’t think that only young people are drawn to its cuteness— a pair of silver-haired VIP guests invited by EVA Air also came to experience the magic of Hello Kitty and took photos inside the cabin.

This wave of flight magic will be carried by the A330-300 luxury passenger aircraft, newly introduced by EVA Air, starting October 31. The super kawaii magic is displayed on the fuselage, cabin seats, meals, supplies, and even the flight attendants’ uniforms have been upgraded with pink aprons. The second livery plane to be introduced is the “Apple Aircraft,” themed around Kitty’s favorite apples; the third is the “Global Aircraft,” designed with the concept of “Hello Kitty Around the World.” The “Apple Aircraft” and “Global Aircraft” will make their appearances before the end of the year, flying to destinations such as Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Seoul.
