Known as the Travel Industry’s Anniversary Celebration, the Taipei International Travel Expo will kick off on November 11. This year, for the first time, Hall 3 of the Taipei World Trade Center has been added as the “Hotel/Leisure Inn Zone,” featuring accommodation and meal vouchers with discounts of over 50%. Coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of China, businesses are also launching a limited-time “100 Gifts” promotion. Taipei’s Huaguo Hotel is offering a “NT$100 Afternoon Tea”; Guanxiang Hot Spring Resort is providing a special NT$100 outdoor onsen SPA coupon; and the E-DA Group is offering 100 limited-edition lucky bags daily, originally priced at NT$11,460, now available for just NT$3,299—get ready for some serious bargain hunting?

Among the top-tier hotel accommodation vouchers that are a must during the annual travel expo, Taipei’s Grand Hotel is offering 2,000 NT$ weekday accommodation vouchers for standard rooms with a daily limit of 100, which can be upgraded to a view room for free, along with 999 NT$ voucher for a buffet lunch or dinner for two. The Lai Lai Shangri-La Hotel is providing group accommodation coupons at 4,300 NT$ each, including accommodation and breakfast for two. In the south, Kenting Caesar Park Hotel has a limited-time offer on twin rooms starting from just 4,299 NT$, while Hualien Ideal Resort Hotel is offering limited-edition accommodation vouchers with a minimum discount of 4.8%, with double rooms available for just 4,300 NT$. Additionally, Formosa is offering 500 limited daily chain accommodation vouchers at 2,999 NT$ and 1,000 limited daily joint meal vouchers at 999 NT$. For budget options, Lide Hotel is selling province-wide accommodation vouchers on-site at 1,499 NT$ each, valid for stays at its properties such as Lide NTU Zunxian Hotel, Lide Xitou Hotel, Lide Lukang Hotel, and Lide Buluowan Mountain Moon Village.

In addition, various businesses are also offering discounted food and afternoon tea vouchers for the public to grab. Taipei’s Silks Place Royal Park Hotel is offering a combined coupon for 2–3 people at azie Café and The Park Lane at 1,499 NT$, with options to choose from a variety of dining plans. Taipei Sheraton has promotions including a single premium steak set meal at 1,599 NT$ and a double premium Italian lunch set at 1,199 NT$. Taipei Grand Hyatt is offering a weekday Japanese buffet for four at 3,999 NT$ and a self-service afternoon tea for 2,399 NT$. There’s also a great deal from Sun Moon Lake’s Wenshin Hotel: a single-person package including afternoon tea, a hydro soak, and a round-trip cable car ride on Sun Moon Lake, originally priced at 1,818 NT$, now slashed nearly 50% to just 999 NT$.

As winter arrives, it's the perfect time for an onsen experience. Yangmingshan Heavenly Sound Hot Spring Resort is offering a weekday accommodation package at 4,999 NT$ with a 4.3-discount, along with access to facilities like open-air hot springs and indoor spas. Meanwhile, Wulai Pushi is offering a “buy one, get one free” deal on regular public hot spring tickets during the expo period, averaging just 450 NT$ per ticket. For entertainment options, Leofoo Village Theme Park is offering a 4.1-discounted “Double Prince Hotel VIP Stay” package for two people at 4,299 NT$ on weekdays, including two theme park tickets. And Dabanshan Forest Hot Spring Resort is offering tickets plus hot spring coupons originally priced at 700 NT$ for just 360 NT$ during the expo.
