Free riverside hot springs ~ Wulai Open-Air Public Bath

Day or night, rain or shine, the public baths in Wulai Scenic Area are always bustling with visitors. You can enjoy the most natural and unpolluted pure hot spring water—completely free of charge.

This area is the source of Wulai’s hot springs, where the water temperature reaches as high as 80°C. After treatment, it is lowered to around 35–40°C, which is quite comfortable. The Wulai Scenic Area Administration has developed a small hot spring park here, constructing two hot spring pools and setting up wooden boardwalks along the riverbank, offering great convenience.

The lush green mountains on both sides frame the emerald waters of the Nanshi River, continuously attracting visitors to come soak in the springs.
