The Immortal Youth Hot Springs is situated in Xinfawei, Liouguei District. It is 14 kilometers south of Liouguei and 6 kilometers north of Baolai. It originally got its name from a small stream that emerged from the earth’s crust with hot water. The water was crystal clear, lacked any sulfur odor, and left bathers’ skin feeling silky smooth, as though they had regained their youth—so much so that the stream came to be called the Immortal Youth Stream. Nowadays, the Immortal Youth Hot Springs area has many hot spring resorts where visitors can soak in the baths while enjoying the embrace of nature.
