A great place to enjoy an affordable hot spring soak – Yuquan Temple

Located in the Sichongxi Hot Spring area, Yuquan Temple is a Buddhist temple and one of the rare temples in Taiwan that has natural hot springs. To allow visitors to enjoy the hot springs in privacy, a few simple bathhouses have been set up in front of the temple. For just an affordable price, you can soak in steaming hot springs here. It’s worth mentioning that Sichongxi Hot Spring is natural mineral water that’s safe to drink, so visitors can even scoop up a handful and taste the hot spring water for themselves.
