Check in at designated attractions in Taipei City for a chance to win big prizes like an iPad

The Taipei City Government's Department of Information and Tourism has launched the “Taipei Travel (Taipei Travel)” app. Starting now, as long as the public downloads the “Taipei Travel” app and checks in at designated urban attractions and completes photo uploads, they will have a chance to win prizes such as an iPad2 and convenience store gift vouchers. The campaign runs until December 21st—don't miss out.

The Department of Information and Tourism has compiled information on fun attractions, delicious food, and exciting tours in Taipei City into the “Taipei Travel (Taipei Travel)” app. The public can join the Taipei Tourism Network as a member, obtain an invitation code, and then search for information before traveling, check in and share during their trip, and post to social networks after their travels.

Among them, the “Super Task Hunt Award” allows participants who complete the weekly designated location check-in task to enter a draw for a NT$500 convenience store gift voucher that week; the “Lucky Card Award” is given to those fortunate enough to get check-in numbers 288, 588, 688, 888, 1288, 1588, 1688, or 1888, with the prize being a NT$500 convenience store gift voucher; and the final “Check Everywhere Ultimate Award” means that anyone who completes check-ins at 30 different attractions (no repeats) during the campaign period will be entered into the draw for the grand prize of an iPad2.
