A must-visit pilgrimage site for all camping enthusiasts.

In the vast sea, there is you.

The best family-friendly camping destination.

Just love the ocean waves.

The only place in Taiwan where you can enjoy fruit pearl milk tea — exclusively at Fool’s Paradise.

Large pancakes are even available for free (please inquire at the campsite). Fruit pearl milk tea (free for Master He’s car sticker holders, clean stall volunteers).

And don’t forget to try the strawberry pearl milk tea (Master He highly recommends this flavor).

Campsite Location Chart:

Exit National Freeway No. 3 (424) at Nanzhou Interchange.

To head toward Kenting, please turn left.

Just go straight through Fangshan and you won’t miss it.

Fool’s Paradise is located at Kilometer 446 on Provincial Highway No. 1 — please turn right to enter.

The entire park has a super large parking area (please park as directed by staff).

Please register and choose your campsite at the Camp Headquarters (meal service area).

It’s great having so few people — it’s all yours, hey.　

The campsite has put great effort into its earth-tone paintings (still unfinished, more to come).

Honestly, this is the main reason we came to Fool’s Paradise — here’s the menu for fellow campers to check out.

I’ve never heard of camping fees being fully redeemable for meals — only fools would do something like that.

No need for long talks about night adventures — just eat first, pitch the tent slowly.

Enjoy free pancakes when you share on Facebook, they’re huge — please finish before sharing again to avoid waste.

Second perk: show He-Shifu’s LOVE camping car sticker, and as an eco-volunteer, get a free fruit pearl milk tea.

Fool’s Paradise is afraid you won’t get full, so the portions are extra large — thick-cut beef short ribs (better for two people to share).

Of course, moving on, let’s get into the main theme of this camping trip — campsite introduction.

Area A is located on the far right facing the sea, closest to the sink and BBQ area.

The BBQ area on the far right — no cooking on the grass, please note (the grass by the sea is not easy to maintain).

This block currently has one set of lounge chairs, not sure if more will be added (they’re really comfortable to lie on).

Very flat grassy campsite with a comfortable large tent space.

This block can actually fit four tents with regular tents plus a tarp.

The entire campsite length is about 15 meters, which is considered very large.

Actually, everyone tries to set up their campsite as close to the front as possible when it's by the sea, so you can enjoy the ocean view even better.

After waiting for two years, I finally got to secure such a stunning seaside campsite again.

Of course, Up—I headed straight there as soon as I could.

It’s totally worth it to face the vast blue sea, even if it’s far away.

It’s been such a long time since I last shot a seascape at night; I was especially excited this time.

With such rare good weather, of course I had to take more photos.

The moonset over the grand scenery made a quiet entrance.

It was also my first time shooting a moon setting over the sea—a very unique experience.

The central area, Zone B.　　

This zone is only open for check-in and camping on Saturday afternoons (as stated on the official website), so fellow campers, please pay attention.

The center is the best spot for enjoying the view, with an incredibly wide panorama.

The lawn is well-maintained with great care—even the owner pitches in to help maintain it.

The sea has this kind of magic that draws people into its deep blue.

Being able to live here every day would truly be a wonderful thing, wouldn’t it?

Power outlets for all areas must be extended from the dining zone (bring extra extension cords just in case they’re not enough).

The trash recycling area for campsites is also inside the dining area—please take note.

The final zone, Zone C, spans from the edge of the parking lot all the way to the front of the splash pool.

The zone closest to the bathrooms has freshly laid turf that still shows some new planting marks.

The trees in the front landscape have all been preserved—there might be other plans for them in the future.

Shooting from a high vantage point, the blue sky, white clouds, and sea form an absolutely breathtaking scene.

The area in front of the splash pool has flat grass, suitable for regular tents.

Includes one umbrella table and chairs set (it’d be even better if there were more).

A camper from Tainan enjoyed a whole day and night of seaside scenery for just two hundred dollars and said it was totally worth it.

Enjoying coffee while admiring the seascape at night—pure bliss.

Beautiful views always appear at moments like these—why wait if you can seize the moment now?　

All the sinks in the campsite are concentrated in Zone A, please take note.

The summer splash pool is currently being used as a play area (it’d be even better if some play toys were provided inside).

A great recreational space (fellow campers are also welcome to share suggestions for this area).

Finally, let’s introduce the bathroom and toilet area.　

The beach campsite has such beautiful and spacious bathrooms—never seen anything like it.

Wall murals.　

Public sinks (you can actually wash dishes here too), which is pretty convenient.

The step-free large bathrooms are super accessible for people with disabilities.

The family bathing room is huge (wall murals will be added later).

The private showers can accommodate multiple people (wall murals will be added later).

Came to Fangshan in Pingtung and also took an afternoon to stroll around Fangliao.

Listening to the sound of the southern sky, light blue with white clouds and the breeze.

The sound of waves crashing on the azure coast.

And the endless sound of laughter.

It’s also our paradise of joy.

A super meaningful activity—the car sticker beach cleanup volunteer event ended with a free fruit pearl bubble tea for everyone.

Really suitable for families, teaching kids the right values about protecting the beach and the Earth.

This activity truly hopes that every family member can take part.

Camp Notice 2: The earnest and well-managed Fool’s Camp owner reminds everyone again to follow the rules—no walk-ins, please.
Camp Notice 3: Near the provincial highway, it gets noisy at night, so bring your own earplugs, earplugs, earplugs (though the sound of the sea is louder).

Camp Fee: Starting from 2017/04/01, the minimum spend for camping is NT$600 for two people (children under elementary school age are free).
Number of Campsites: 10 tent spaces (three-week beginner-friendly campsite; service may not be perfect, please bear with us).
