The Eat Bar at amba Taipei Ximending Yishè Hotel has launched a Lunar New Year’s Eve hot pot buffet feast starting January 27, priced at NT$1,380 per person. For five consecutive days during the New Year period, a self-service salad bar is also available. Simply add NT$380 to any à la carte main course to enjoy the salad bar, plus a 10% discount on your meal.

The head chef has carefully crafted a variety of festive and lucky New Year dishes, including the Cola Yuanbao Pork Trotter symbolizing wealth and prosperity, the Golden Brick Good Fortune representing great luck, and the Douchi Steamed Seafood symbolizing abundance year after year. There are also delicacies such as the complex and slow-braised Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, as well as the richly flavored Oyster Sauce Scallion-Braised Sea Cucumber with Tendon.
