50% discount on Uni Air special assistance tickets purchased online or at convenience stores

To provide more convenient and considerate booking and ticket purchasing services for passengers with disabilities, Uni Air has launched a new service allowing them and their accompanying persons to purchase “Love Tickets” and “Love Accompanying Tickets” at a 50% discount via Uni Air’s official website or at over 4,800 7-ELEVEN stores across Taiwan starting today. Uni Air is the first airline in Taiwan to offer this service.

Passengers with disabilities can not only book tickets via Uni Air’s official website but also use the ibon convenience life stations at nearby 7-ELEVEN stores if they do not have internet access at home or do not hold a credit card. Those who have already made phone reservations can also use this channel to issue 50% discounted “Love Tickets” and “Love Accompanying Tickets,” payable either in cash or by card—simple and convenient. Moreover, after completing the booking, Uni Air customer service will proactively contact the customer to provide related assistance such as wheelchair service and personal guidance.

In the past, passengers with disabilities could only request assistance from airlines via phone or fax when booking or purchasing tickets, but were unable to complete the booking or purchasing procedures online themselves, which was particularly inconvenient for the hearing impaired. During holidays or important festivals, when reservation hotlines were heavily congested, securing seats became even more difficult.
