The Hello Kitty Express Check-in KIOSK has officially launched!

EVA Air has carefully set up a Hello Kitty-themed express check-in service (KIOSK) behind counter 6A in the departure hall of Terminal 2 at Taoyuan Airport. It officially launched yesterday (the 10th)!

Four express check-in KIOSKs are located inside a simulated Hello Kitty aircraft cabin, and the machines themselves are decorated to resemble Hello Kitty, creating a dreamy and cute atmosphere. Passengers have been taking photos in front of them to preserve precious memories. This express check-in service is exclusively for passengers flying on Hello Kitty aircraft. When regular check-in counters are crowded, travelers can bypass the queues and easily complete their seat selection procedures. In addition, EVA Air has specially designed three adorable and exquisite Hello Kitty boarding passes for passengers using this service, which they can keep as souvenirs.

The KIOSK provides a self-service, express check-in option for passengers. The process is very simple—just bring your e-ticket and passport to use the service. The KIOSK offers four language options: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese. With just a few simple steps, the operation can be completed in as little as 30 seconds. The service is available up to one hour before the flight's departure, and passengers can also choose their preferred seats. It’s both convenient and fast. Passengers who check in via the KIOSK will also receive a 15% discount coupon for onboard duty-free products.

At the end of October last year, EVA Air and Sanrio once again collaborated to launch three Hello Kitty aircraft—the Magic Jet, Apple Jet, and Global Jet. The routes flown by these aircraft sparked a wave of Hello Kitty enthusiasm. Currently, the “Magic Jet” operated the Taipei–Hokkaido route on October 31 last year, the “Apple Jet” flew the Taipei–Fukuoka and Taipei–Seoul routes on December 7 and 9 respectively, and the third “Global Jet” operated the Taipei–Tokyo route on December 26. To allow more passengers to experience the unique charm of Hello Kitty aircraft, an additional Taipei–Guam route was launched on January 3 this year.
