Domestic flight tickets from China Airlines, TransAsia Airways, and Uni Air are available for purchase via ibon

Following TransAsia Airways, China Airlines and Uni Air have also added a new ticket purchasing channel. Starting today, the public can buy domestic flight tickets from these three airlines via the ibon platform at 7-Eleven stores across Taiwan. Tickets can be reserved for all open routes from one hour before departure up to 90 days in advance, with payment options including cash or credit card.

To celebrate the official launch of this service, both China Airlines and Uni Air have launched special promotions. From now until February 20, customers who use ibon to book China Airlines tickets can enjoy limited-time half-price to 30% off fares on seven major domestic routes. Uni Air has partnered with Taiwan Taxi — from now until the end of February, passengers holding ibon-purchased tickets can receive a NT$70 discount per taxi ride.

In addition, Uni Air is celebrating its win of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Strategy Innovation Award by launching a thank-you promotion. From now until March 31, passengers who purchase tickets for the Taipei Songshan–Taitung, Kinmen, Penghu, and Matsu routes; Taichung–Kinmen, Penghu, and Matsu routes; and Kaohsiung–Kinmen and Penghu routes via ibon can enjoy a limited-time promotional price starting from NT$1,177 (NT$1,121 for tax-free areas), while residents of Kinmen and Penghu can enjoy an even lower price starting from NT$777 (NT$740 for tax-free areas).
