The “Romantic Candlelight Couple Set” (from 3,980 TWD + 10%) at la FESTA Italian Restaurant is available on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, during dinner hours. The set comes with two renowned red and white wines from Verona, Italy: Soave and Valpolicella. It includes duck liver lollipop, pan-seared Patagonian toothfish, oven-roasted French spring chicken with fresh black truffle and Italian rice cake, steamed Hokkaido scallops, and more. For the main course, you can choose between grilled Iberico pork cap, spicy sausage and chickpea puree, crispy Iberico ham sandwich crisps, or oven-roasted premium American beef tenderloin with porcini cake and port wine grape jelly.

On February 14th, the restaurant will feature a Special Menu, starting at 4,800 TWD + 10% for the American Montana dry-aged ribeye steak set. The appetizer features crispy roasted pork belly using Taiwan’s live-culture pork, marinated with over 10 different spices. The pan-seared shrimp draws inspiration from Chinese-style crispy shrimp balls, with dried salted duck egg crumbled and freshly ground over the top. The soup is a clear beef consommé, simmered for 8 hours with beef bones and Wagyu beef, then clarified with egg whites, vegetables, and Wagyu beef. Other options include Australian 9+ Wagyu gourmet cut, blue grouper, and premium chilled Australian lamb chops.

The menu includes: Appetizer 1 – Spanish cured Iberico ham / 65°C egg with grilled asparagus; Appetizer 2 – Tasmanian scallops / kale, homemade fermented juice, shiso, grapefruit; Soup – wild mushroom egg yolk dumpling / boletus butter sauce, stir-fried wild mushrooms; Main Course – choose one from: premium American BRANDT T-bone steak, premium American grain-fed 400-day ribeye steak, or premium American Black Angus filet mignon.

This year, Paicha Western Restaurant presents a Valentine’s Day set with a sweet-and-sour theme—a 7-course menu priced at 3,600 TWD + 10% per set. Another option is a low-temperature poached soft-boiled egg with mushroom powder and yellow wine sauce, bursting with aroma. For the main course, you can choose either American Cedar River Farm natural ribeye steak with black garlic jam, or pan-seared royal sea bream with kumquat-flavored butter sauce. The meal concludes with the chef’s special dessert: pistachio sponge cake with vanilla cream filling and jasmine tea ganache, served alongside caramel hazelnut ice cream to perfectly end the gourmet journey.

Ziga Zaga Italian Restaurant offers a vibrant 5-course classic Valentine’s set at 2,200 TWD + 10% per set. Next is a rich and bold sweet pepper corn chowder with crab meat and ricotta cream. There are two main course options: seared American Angus filet mignon with thyme sauce and anchovy butter, or pan-seared sea bass filet with small shrimp and caper-red pepper sauce. Designed by French Chef Clément Pellerin, the Valentine’s dinner features 8 original dishes crafted with carefully selected ingredients from around the world. The aperitif is mead and honeycomb, using a brewing technique dating back to 7000 BC. One of the main course options is coffee-flavored filet mignon with caramelized milk—seared on both sides and then placed on 250°C roasted coffee beans to infuse the meat with the deep aroma of coffee, paired with caramel milk sauce and hazelnut brittle, giving you the feeling of being in an open-air French café. The dessert, “Diamonds Under a Magnifying Glass,” is truffle-themed, showcasing two different forms of truffles.
