Get flight discounts, exchange coffee vouchers for China Airlines and TransAsia Airways tickets sold at FamilyMart Famiport

After launching ticket purchasing services on the 7-11 ibon platform, China Airlines and TransAsia Airways began offering flight ticket purchases through Famiport at FamilyMart convenience stores starting February 21, along with related benefits.

Famiport provides two services for China Airlines: booking and purchasing tickets, or paying for already reserved seats. The ticket purchasing process is simple—just follow the steps for station, cabin class, flight, and ticket type to connect to the China Airlines website and complete the seat reservation procedure. Domestic flight seats can be booked from one hour before departure up to 90 days in advance; those who use Famiport to book before March 19, 2012, will enjoy a limited-time 50% discount on domestic routes, with a maximum of five discounted tickets per flight.

Additionally, through Famiport, you can also purchase domestic flight tickets for TransAsia Airways for 1 to 60 days in advance. Those who complete their ticket purchase procedures before March 19, 2012, can show their ticket receipt to the driver when riding with Taiwan Taxi and enjoy a NT$70 discount on that trip.

At the same time, FamilyMart has also launched an added promotion: “Buy a flight ticket, get a coffee.” Customers who successfully purchase China Airlines or TransAsia Airways tickets at FamilyMart can redeem a FamilyMart Let’s Café coffee voucher upon check-in for their flight. Limited quantities available, while supplies last.
