Li Zai Ge Braised Pork Rice is the first shop in Puli specializing in braised pork rice. During mealtimes, it is always packed with customers. The owner, Li Yucheng, reveals the secret to the delicious taste: “We follow the traditional recipe without using MSG or other artificial seasonings, and simmer the broth for 24 hours using premium bone stock.” As a result, the braised pork is smooth, tender, melts in your mouth, and leaves a fragrant aftertaste.

Puli’s pure and sweet water quality has always been a natural advantage. The Shaoxing wine brewed by the state-run Puli Distillery is famous overseas.
