Every year from April to May is the peak season for tung blossom viewing across Taiwan. A local lodging provider has now introduced a "Doggy Paradise" service for guests. With advance reservation, your beloved pet can accompany you, and at night, dogs stay free of charge in exclusive log cabins. During the day, they can ride along in a dedicated shuttle and join a seamless tung blossom tour. This allows travelers to enjoy the trip without driving themselves, while their furry family members can be part of the adventure.

A lodging business in Miaoli has combined seamless travel with its Doggy Paradise service. Travelers can reserve a spot for their dog for free. The pet lodging area features eight cabins of various sizes, with staff providing water, food, exercise activities, and three daily cleanings. This ensures your pet isn’t left in a kennel or home alone while you travel. Additionally, the operator offers a dedicated dog-friendly shuttle, allowing owners and pets to travel together on a seamless tung blossom route that includes the Sijih Mountain Tea Garden’s “April Snow” tung blossom trail, as well as famous sights such as the Longteng Broken Bridge and Shengxing Station.

Liu Wenhua, General Manager of Hotel One Traveler, stated that this seamless travel package includes pet companionship, with reservations generally required one week in advance. The itinerary includes options like nostalgia tours, food experiences, cultural pilgrimages, family trips, and fruit-picking, all customizable. For guests traveling without pets, the hotel also provides free bicycle rentals or can assist with motorcycle rentals.
