Budget Travelers Wanted – Win Round-Trip AirAsia Tickets

The hugely popular “AirAsia Budget Travelers” campaign is back again this year. Registration runs from September 3 to October 17, with the grand prize winner receiving three free round-trip tickets to any AirAsia destination, plus the opportunity to serve as an assistant host on one episode of SETTV’s “Travelers” show. The first runner-up will win two free round-trip tickets to any AirAsia destination, while the second runner-up will receive one.

This campaign is open to Republic of China nationals aged 18 to 35 with at least 300 Facebook friends who love to travel. To enter, participants must upload a creative self-introduction in any format—text, video, or images—to their Facebook wall during the registration period. They must also post the link to their self-introduction and complete the entry form on the “Everyone Can Fly” section of the Budget Travelers Facebook fan page to complete the first stage of the competition.

Twenty winners selected from the first round will be announced on the fan page’s “Flight Masterpieces Appreciation” section on November 5, and will then move on to the travel blog semifinals from November 12 to 25. These 20 winners need to submit two blog articles, providing their web links on the “Flight Masterpieces Appreciation” section, with submission deadlines on November 6 and November 15 respectively. The blog topics will be announced on the fan page. Scoring will be based on total likes from netizens and judges’ scores.

The final 10 finalists will be announced on the fan page’s “Dream It, Fly It” section on November 26, and will compete in a 5-minute live final performance on December 1. The campaign page is apps.facebook.com/airasiacampusflyer.
