Hong Kong visa fee waiver & bank promotions: 3D2N package for just NT$6,888, plus a lucky gift bag

Starting September 1 this year, Hong Kong has allowed Taiwanese travelers to complete online entry pre-registration for free. Shia Min-lan, Senior Vice President of Payment Finance at Shin Kong Bank, said that travel-related spending accounts for about 20% of Shin Kong credit card transactions. This first wave of Hong Kong free independent travel packages offers “end-to-end” benefits, including interest-free installment payments, complimentary travel gift bags, 2% cashback rewards for card spending over a certain amount in Hong Kong during the promotion period, as well as chances to win big prizes such as unlimited annual round-trip Cathay Pacific flights to Hong Kong, or unlimited annual entry tickets to Ocean Park or Hong Kong Disneyland by sharing photos. In the future, exclusive deals for destinations like Japan and Singapore will also be launched for cardholders.

The limited-edition lucky gift bag given free with the purchase of this travel package includes Hong Kong food and shopping coupons, a Swarovski crystal ballpoint pen from Cathay Pacific, a Hong Kong travel guide, a premium gift bag from Hong Kong’s Langham Place Mall, and a free Debola Spa experience voucher for the first 400 early birds. While traveling in Hong Kong, you can also receive small gifts by checking in at specific local hotels, or enjoy buy-one-get-one-free deals on drinks or alcohol at selected Lan Kwai Fong establishments.
