The newly opened chapel at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel features European-style decor, and its roof projects the shimmering lights of the aurora using lighting effects, letting this rare natural wonder illuminate the couple’s happiness.

The new wedding facilities include a bridal dressing room for preparing the wedding dress on the 4th floor of the hotel. Guests descend the stairs toward the chapel, where the walls are decorated with a designer’s special romantic touch—three-dimensional hearts. Before reaching the chapel, couples pass through a wedding avenue with a glass roof, where family and friends can stand on either side to take photos. Inside the chapel, instead of the typical all-white interior, it emits a soft blue glow, with colorful stars dotting the ceiling and the occasional aurora sweeping across the sky—an astonishing sight. The hotel offers an all-inclusive wedding package, with base prices ranging from 2 to 3 million Japanese yen (approximately NT$750,000 to NT$1.13 million), including the wedding dress, photography, souvenirs for guests, and chapel wedding decorations. Packages can also be customized according to the couple’s needs.

Nagoya Tokyu Hotel is located in the bustling heart of Nagoya, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, with popular drugstores right outside the front entrance. The hotel exudes European charm throughout, and its European cuisine is equally impressive—the French restaurant “Loire” ranks among the top three in Nagoya for French dining. Bread made by the hotel’s pastry chefs is one of its specialties, with many guests coming specifically for the breakfast buffet or to purchase freshly baked bread from the bakery.
