Sentosa is haunted！ Southeast Asia’s largest Halloween event kicks off in Singapore

The well-known Western ghost festival “Halloween” is approaching, and Universal Studios Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa will also host Southeast Asia’s largest Halloween event — Halloween Horror Nights 2012 — from October 19–21 and October 25–28. The park has set up seven maze-like horror zones and three terrifying haunted houses, featuring elements such as a master puppeteer and a creepy “insane asylum,” allowing visitors to experience the most spine-chilling Halloween ever.

This event spans two weekends, totaling seven terrifying nights, from 8:00 PM to midnight. The seven horror zones and three haunted houses within the park create a thrilling and eerie dreamlike journey, beginning with the sinister workshop of a master puppeteer. Visitors will witness the terrifying methods the puppet master employs in pursuit of perfection and uncover the mysterious truth behind the strange disappearances of those who visited the puppet workshop. In the eerie “Insanitarium,” a cold-blooded doctor subjects patients to brutal experimental treatments; while in the desolate and deadly “Dungeon of Damnation,” a ruthless vengeful priest seeks to turn the world before visitors’ eyes into a living hell.

The standard admission fee to Universal Studios theme park does not include access to Halloween Horror Nights 2, which requires a separate ticket. The presale price for tickets is SGD 60 (approximately TWD 1,455). During the event, wearing costumes, masks, or face paint is prohibited, and entry is not recommended for children under 13.
