The upcoming Taipei International Travel Fair, scheduled to open on October 26 at halls 1 and 3 of the Taipei World Trade Center, will not only feature...discounts, but domestic hotels and hot spring inns will also roll out attractive offers including meal vouchers, accommodation packages, and hot spring entry tickets. Not only are hotel meal vouchers being offered at up to 52% off, some hot spring inn accommodation packages are even discounted by as much as 68%. Additionally, this year’s travel fair introduces a stamp-collecting campaign where visitors can exchange 10 stamps for a lucky bag. A total of 8,000 lucky bags worth over NT$2.6 million will be given away, and fair tickets also grant participants a chance to win prizes in a lucky draw, including cars and international flight tickets sponsored by airlines.

When it comes to meal vouchers — a key focus for foodies and gourmets — Taipei Fullerton Hotel is offering a combined meal voucher set originally priced between NT$1,650 and NT$2,035, now available during the travel fair for just NT$799 to NT$999, with discounts as low as 52%; The Victoria Hotel is selling a limited 50 per day “Gourmet Steak Set” meal voucher at NT$1,300 per set, and its Michelin-recommended Italian afternoon tea set at just NT$500 per voucher; Taipei Far Eastern Plaza Hotel’s Café weekday self-service afternoon tea for four costs NT$1,760, or NT$440 per person; The Sheraton Taipei Hotel’s Anton Dining Room’s four-person premium steak set, originally priced at NT$11,880, is now available with a coupon for just NT$6,999.

As the weather cools down, the peak hot spring season is gradually approaching. The Daban Gen Forest Hot Spring Resort’s original NT$450 outdoor hot spring voucher is now available on-site for just NT$290, valid every day with no expiration date; Yangmingshan Tianlai Hot Spring Club’s outdoor bath voucher is available at NT$3,999 for a “buy 10, get 1 free” deal; Wulai Pushi’s regular public bath voucher is “buy one, get one free,” averaging NT$450 per ticket; Nikko Kaga House is offering its first-ever combo deals — afternoon tea plus public bath, and Japanese lunch plus public bath — at NT$1,300 and NT$1,800 respectively, with a “buy 10, get 1 free” promotion; Jiaoxi Guanxiang Century Hot Spring Resort is also offering double-room and VIP room stay vouchers at just NT$3,399 and NT$4,299 each, with discounts reaching as low as 68%.
