NT$300 change back!! Choose from 70 kinds of Korean cuisine all-you-can-eat

This Korean all-you-can-eat restaurant located in the basement of the building next to Seomyeon Station has been on my radar since my first visit to Busan. It’s cheap and offers a wide variety of dishes, but somehow I didn’t come here for years. This time, because I had actually been in Busan for quite a while, I ended up having lunch here. I’ve had plenty of such meals in Seoul, but this was my first time dining at an all-you-can-eat Korean restaurant in Busan.

Exit 7 of Seomyeon Station in Busan—right next to it, actually. You’ll need to go in through the side door.

This is the signboard placed by the roadside; there are a total of 70 dishes. But in 2017, it was already KRW 9,900 though!!

The purple sign above the entrance says “Korean buffet all-you-can-eat.”

Take the escalator down to reach the restaurant.

There were quite a few diners during mealtime. The huge basement was about 70% full; I didn’t manage to photograph another large section as well.

There’s fresh fruit.

Korean-style noodle soup.

Later, they added acorn jelly next to the noodle soup.

This section is the side dishes and fried food area, with quite a lot of variety.

The cold dishes section also had quite a selection.

The sushi section—I thought it was quite flashy!!

Sashimi nigiri sushi looks pretty normal, but the fish slices are a bit thin and almost see-through? There’s also a generous amount of wasabi—not shy at all—and it actually tasted okay.

I still prefer Korean dishes, like these sesame oil-flavored Korean rice rolls with seaweed.

Freshly pan-fried jeon (Korean pancakes)—this one was pretty good.

I liked it, and most people do too, so it gets taken quickly.

White rice and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew)—Korean staples, right there!!

This section also has various Korean side dishes.

The hot dishes section has a whole row—it’s decently varied.

Where there’s meat, there must be lettuce.

Drinks don’t seem that important to Koreans—just coffee is fine.

What I got—I actually thought every dish was pretty okay, not particularly amazing but not bad either. I took more of the jeon because I love them, and also some mixed vegetables and saury, which were all moderately flavored. Everything else I picked afterward followed a similar idea.

But Koreans really like this place—I think it’s definitely because there are so many dishes. Everyone takes a super generous, full plate. I’m really just not on their level~ Since it’s right by Seomyeon Station, it’s conveniently located. If you want to try a wide variety of Korean dishes, you could start with this kind of restaurant to get a sense of what Koreans usually eat.
