The popular drama "In Time with You" starring Lee Da-ren is now showing on China Airlines flights

To provide passengers with a high-quality and diverse in-flight entertainment experience, China Airlines has been offering the award-winning hit series "In Time with You" since January. Passengers can enjoy the show on demand via the personal entertainment system onboard. China Airlines is the first airline in Taiwan to bring a local idol drama to the skies at 30,000 feet. In addition to supporting Taiwan’s cultural and creative industries, this also allows passengers to relive the romantic love story between Lee Da-ren, the considerate ground supervisor at China Airlines, and Cheng You-qing, a stylish urban woman on the verge of thirty.

"In Time with You" consists of 13 episodes, each lasting 70–90 minutes. Passengers can freely choose their favorite scenes during the flight, whether it’s admiring Supervisor Da-ren’s professional performance or watching the romantic moment when Lee Da-ren sings to Cheng You-qing inside the airplane cabin. Travelers flying to or from the United States, Canada, or Europe can especially enjoy the show to the fullest during long-haul flights. To support domestic films, China Airlines has previously screened selected movies such as "Seediq Bale," "You Are the Apple of My Eye," "The Fierce Wife Final Episode: Happy Ending Is Not Hard to Find," and "GF*BF."

 

China Airlines’ personal on-demand entertainment system (AVOD) “Colorful World” offers customized and convenient services. The on-demand feature has also made it possible for TV dramas to appear in the skies for the first time, giving passengers more choices. These include five major categories: selected movies, short films, on-demand CDs, music channels, and Colorful World games, with over 100 video options. The selection of short films has also added a children’s section called the “Moving Book” unit, featuring beautifully animated works from well-known publishers both in Taiwan and abroad, allowing both adults and children to enjoy a rich and colorful in-flight world. In addition, starting from January this year, China Airlines has also launched an online version of its entertainment guide (www.fantasy-sky.com), enabling passengers to check the latest information online before boarding and plan their favorite in-flight entertainment experience.
