From March to May, travelers can pick fresh kumquats, tomatoes, or loofahs and enjoy them freshly made using seasonal spring water produce. So far, over 500 travelers have taken part, and the program has even introduced local specialties that are turned into signature dishes in the hotel, such as “Discovering Golden Splendor – Kumquat String of the Heart,” “Spring Tomato Delight – Perilla Plum Tomato,” and “Sweet Melon Shrimp Tower – Fresh Shrimp Loofah Stack.” This encourages travelers to cherish every beautiful moment while showing sincere support to local fruit farmers — a kind of “not just cutting off the head” support.
