In line with modern concepts of healthy gourmet cuisine, the oven-roasted beetroot salad combines sugar-cured lemon slices, nuts, cherry tomatoes, and seasonal fruits for a sweet-and-sour flavor that highlights natural, original tastes. Additionally, the duck liver pâté and homemade dill-cured salmon, both made from premium ingredients and crafted by hand, are exceptional. The perfectly paired cured salmon and duck liver pâté allow the duck liver to accentuate the freshness of the salmon, dancing lightly on the tongue; the grilled Gruyère cheese, with its rich, creamy aroma, melts on soft, chewy handmade bread, making every bite incredibly satisfying.
Sweet lovers shouldn’t miss the red velvet chocolate cupcake, whose unique preparation method ensures the cake isn’t too dry or too moist like those commonly found elsewhere, giving off a strong chocolate aroma. Paired with white chocolate, it instantly becomes a sweet delight in the mouth. The experience concludes wonderfully with a slightly tangy, slightly sweet warm caramel apple pie—the crispy crust layered with spiced apple slices, served with English tea, brings out the aroma of the crust and apples for the perfect afternoon.
