Opened on January 5, 2012, “Cat 'Travel Café & Light Meals” was established by the owner with a love and care for cats in mind. It’s a restaurant that combines dining, exhibitions, travel, miscellaneous goods, and a cat-themed concept. The café’s 3D cat-shaped latte art is one of those beloved drinks that cat lovers go crazy for. The cat-related merchandise sold in-store is purchased by the owner every 1-2 months during trips to Japan, offering shopping options for cat enthusiasts. Since the café allows cats inside, it provides a space where many cat owners and lovers can freely enjoy watching the cats’ various lazy and elegant poses, creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere while also being a very cat-friendly environment.

Wild Cats Foster Café
Breaking the mold of typical pet cafés, the Wild Cats Foster Café located in Sanchong District, New Taipei City, not only offers the company of multiple cats, but also features a section for foster cats available for adoption. Many stray cats have found happy homes here, and the café also serves as a venue that actively promotes the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) initiative.

In the 1660s, wealthy Dutch citizens began settling along the Herengracht canal between Vijzelstraat and Looiersgracht. Their houses were often built with imported sandstone and adorned with elaborate carvings on doors and pillars, earning the area the nickname “Golden Bend” at the time. In this elegant district stands a mansion that attracts a constant stream of visitors — the legendary Little Cat Museum among cat enthusiasts. The Little Cat Museum is a private cat-themed museum. Its owner, Bob Meijer, is obsessed with cats. To commemorate the 17 years of companionship from his beloved cat J.P. Morgan, he founded this art gallery. The museum also houses three cats, who might even be considered unofficial ambassadors — they come up to rub against visitors as if to say, “Welcome, please feel free to look around.”
