Hand in hand for a sweet stay: Hotel unveils 6-color rainbow rooms in support of the LGBTQ+ community

Love can overcome all barriers, and people of different nationalities and genders all have the right to love. To celebrate the May 24 same-sex marriage ruling and create a more inclusive and friendly diverse environment, CHECK inn will specially decorate an entire floor—six rooms in total—with a “Rainbow Theme” from September 20 to October 31. The rooms are divided into six colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. In collaboration with artists from the art and LGBTQ+ community, each color is given a unique meaning, such as life, healing, sunshine, nature, harmony, and spirit. The rooms are also upgraded with amenities like film and photography works, scented colored toilet paper, and wireless chargers.

In addition, a LOVE WINS WALL has been set up in the hotel’s ground-floor public dining space, Studio C, featuring works from Shang Dian Same-Sex Wedding Photography Studio and heart-shaped displays made from movie stills, allowing visitors to feel that love is love, with no differences.
