The French-style Mid-Autumn macarons feature classic Japanese matcha paired with creamy fillings and fragrant pomelo—flavors that are perfect for the season—offering travelers a chic and refreshing combination. This allows many travelers and businesspeople away from home to enjoy a “stylish” and cozy Mid-Autumn Festival.

The specially made macarons from FUYI this time have a smooth surface with lace-like edges, a perfectly round shape, and vibrant colors that are simply irresistible. They offer a distinct layered texture—with a crispy outer shell and a soft, slightly chewy interior. There are two flavors: the healthy classic Japanese matcha and the festive pomelo flavor. The classic Japanese matcha flavor features a calm grass-green hue that makes it hard not to fall in love with its pure and refreshing taste. Meanwhile, the pomelo-flavored macarons are filled with Japanese-imported sugar-candied pomelo whipped cream, offering a unique citrus aroma, a refreshing flavor that’s sweet without being cloying, leaving a delicate lingering fragrance of pomelo.
