Located at the Victoria Hotel in Neihu, N°168 PRIME Steak House offers private dining rooms that are a favorite among many celebrities. It was also once one of the renowned restaurants overseen by Chef Deng Youkui. The restaurant features a premium beef aging room, open grill, and offers vegetarian options. In addition to its main location in the hotel, N°168 PRIME also has a branch at SOGO Dunhua, where besides classic steak dishes such as USDA Prime Dry Aged Ribeye, USDA Prime Tomahawk Ribeye, and USDA Montana Dry Aged Ribeye, it also introduces a new menu paying tribute to master chefs, featuring signature dishes from Michelin-starred chefs they’ve collaborated with over the years.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House has been operating in Taiwan for over 20 years and was once synonymous with high-end steakhouses. Though not cheap, the high quality of its beef makes it a favorite for many. To preserve the optimal flavor of its steaks, the brand’s founder, Ruth Fertel, patented a specially designed grill that reaches 982 degrees Celsius. Each steak is cooked to a precise level of doneness based on its cut and texture, then served on a heated ceramic plate maintained at 500 degrees Fahrenheit, sizzling as it arrives at the table.
