The refined dishes at Dad’s Beef Noodles
Established in 1990, “Dad’s Beef Noodles” is famous for its premium-priced beef noodle soup, offering seven different varieties. The cheapest is NT$500, while the most expensive is the NT$10,000 “Presidential Beef Noodles.” Thanks to the owner’s insistence on high quality, customer traffic continues to grow despite the high prices.

The Presidential Beef Noodles are made with top-tier meats, including four types: Australian Wagyu-grade short ribs, American Prime short ribs, American Angus beef ribs, and a steak with a mix of muscle and tendon. Not only is the meat of superior quality, but the preparation process is also highly labor-intensive. The broth is slow-simmered with great care.
