The annual spring highlight of Yangmingshan National Park — the Hakka Taro Season — will take place from March 21 to April 27 in Hakka Taro. This year, besides the five streamside walking trails recommended by the Taipei City Government’s Public Works Department, Earth Engineering Office, which allow taro flower enthusiasts to stroll among the fragrant nature and leisurely immerse themselves in the sea of white taro blossoms, the Yangmingshan National Park Headquarters has also planned an “Eco-Tour of Hakka Taro” route. Led by professional guides, visitors can explore the local cultural traditions and ecological features of Hakka Taro, experiencing the area’s unique natural and human landscapes.

The “1600 Pandas World Tour — Taipei” public art exhibition, now moved to the National Theater & Concert Hall Arts Plaza, surpassed 240,000 visitors on its third day. Spring flower seasons are in full swing, and Yilan’s pomelo blossoms, which only bloom for two weeks, are about to come into season！The Yilan County Dongshan Township Farmers’ Association announced at Aiyongliao in the Zhongshan Leisure Agriculture Area (No. 682, Zhongshan Village (Road), Dongshan Township, Yilan County) that the “Flowers Reflecting Dongshan – Discovering Happiness in Spring Pomelo Season” event has officially begun. The event also calls on the public and businesses to adopt pomelo trees together and pre-order safe, organic Mid-Autumn pomelos.
