With a strong emphasis on nature and environmental protection, the site has been preserved in its natural state without disrupting the ecosystem, allowing the property to boast rich mountain-water ecology thanks to its prime location. The homestay lies beside the long and narrow Liyutan Lake, where the deep, expansive waters—sometimes lake-like, sometimes pond-like—offer stunning views at all times of day, immersing visitors in the myriad charms of the mountains and water. Especially after rain, misty vapors quietly envelop the distant mountains, while the golden ripples of sunset and the twinkling lights of fishing boats at night create an irresistible allure.

After its opening, the space hopes to provide an immersive lakeside experience for fortunate guests. Thus, a variety of recreational activities are offered—not only accommodation, but also barbecue, tea brewing, outdoor fun, lakeside viewing from observation decks, singing in the KTV room, and sipping wine at the bar. Though designed for private vacation use, there are only three lakeside rooms with dreamlike views.
