Each booking reference can reserve up to four people, and all passengers under the same reference are eligible for the discount.

Srisuda Wanapinyosak, Director of the Eastern Asia Region of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, said: “In 2013, over 500,000 people from Taiwan visited Thailand. The ratio of independent travelers to group travelers has shifted from the previous 5:5 to 7:3. In particular, the return rate of independent travelers is as high as 5%, which makes Thailand optimistic about the continued growth of the tourism market between the two places. In addition to predicting a 4% increase in Taiwanese visitors to Thailand in 2014, the authority is also considering discussing visa exemption for Taiwanese travelers as a token of appreciation for their support of Thailand’s tourism market.”
