The Yellow Rubber Duck, which caused a sensation during its visit to Taiwan in 2013, has recently been invited by the Chrysler Museum of Art to celebrate its reopening and is now on display in Norfolk.

Norfolk is a port city in the state of Virginia, USA. For this exhibition, the Yellow Rubber Duck stands at 40 feet tall and will be on display in Norfolk starting from May 17 (US time) until May 26. The artist behind the Yellow Rubber Duck, Florentijn Hofman, expressed his joy at once again bringing people together and creating connections through the giant duck.

The Chrysler Museum of Art’s glass art workshop has also launched a glass-blowing experience class where participants can create their own Yellow Rubber Duck-shaped glass pieces. The fee is $45 for the general public and $35 for museum members. This visit to Norfolk marks the duck’s second trip to the United States after its appearance in Pittsburgh last year, where it attracted over one million visitors. It is expected to spark another Yellow Rubber Duck craze this time around.
