This event plans to release 50,000 wish stars, featuring LED lighting effects and promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection. Each star carries the wishes of individuals. The main event area is around Tenma Bridge to Kitahama along the Okawa River in Osaka. The public can freely view the spectacle from the riverbanks, while a paid viewing area is also set up. Releasing a wish star requires purchasing a ticket, with advance sales at 1,000 yen and on-site tickets sold for 1,500 yen.

The event begins at 6:00 PM on July 7th, with the wish star release taking place from 7:20 PM to 9:00 PM. The event will continue even if light rain falls. There will also be a food section nearby, allowing visitors to enjoy the riverside scenery while savoring delicious food—helping friends, couples, and families create unforgettable memories, strengthen their bonds, and echo the romantic spirit of Tanabata, making it the most magical night of summer.
