The "2014 Central Taiwan Agricultural Expo" held at Fizz Low Park in Xizhou, Changhua, was a spectacular event, and the accompanying Changhua Fizz Low Hot Air Balloon Carnival became a major highlight for attendees. The Fizz Low Hot Air Balloon Carnival ran from June 27 to July 6, with additional morning sessions added. Tethered rides were available daily from 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM, while the original afternoon sessions continued as scheduled and were extended until 7:00 PM.

As dusk falls, the venue draws numerous tourists eager to watch the hot air balloons take off, especially on holidays when the place is packed. The daily quota of 200 free experience vouchers (400 on holidays) is quickly snapped up. To accommodate the high demand and account for local wind conditions, additional morning sessions have been added to give more people the chance to experience central Taiwan’s grandest hot air balloon carnival. In appreciation of the public’s enthusiasm and due to the increased number of sessions, the Changhua County Government has introduced a special offer: residents or former residents of Changhua, as well as overseas Changhua natives, can exchange receipts totaling NT$5,000 spent in Changhua County during May, June, July, or August for one free experience voucher. Additionally, for every two people traveling together, one gets to ride for free. For visitors from outside Changhua County, the same receipt requirement applies, and for every four people traveling together, one gets to ride for free.

To avoid inconvenience caused by weather-related delays in hot air balloon launches, the Changhua County Government stated that apart from retrieving their originally exchanged receipts, visitors do not need to return their experience vouchers. Ticket holders can choose another day during the event period to ride, though they will still need to queue on-site and wait for their turn.

The "2014 Central Taiwan Agricultural Expo" features not only displays of high-quality agricultural specialties from Changhua, Nantou, and Yunlin in the seedling zone but also a phytoncide trail surrounded by torchwood trees in the forest zone. A forest music concert is also planned, with exciting performances scheduled weekly to allow visitors to enjoy musical performances immersed in the natural ambiance of phytoncides. Other activities include the Smile with Flowers Nursery and Gardening Exhibition, guided tours of greenhouse flower and vegetable cultivation, an orchid exhibition, a high-end facility horticulture exhibition, an Agricultural Grand View Garden, and ongoing cultural and artistic performances.
