From now until September 30th, Cheng Trip Crystal Hotel's Taipei Luzhou Parkview Buffet offers the “Cool Summer BBQ Beer” promotion every Saturday and Sunday during lunch and dinner hours. Enjoy all-you-can-eat BBQ at NT$599+10% per person, unlimited beer at NT$99+10% per person, plus a complimentary grilled oyster (normally NT$99+10% per oyster).

The “Cool Summer BBQ Beer” promotion doesn’t hold back on high-quality grilled offerings at the buffet. Highlights include carbon-grilled sweetfish with lemon tartar sauce, where Western sauce meets the freshness of lemon and the sweetness of sweetfish, elevating this Japanese staple to new heights. There’s also tender, non-greasy Korean beef short rib, a popular Korean favorite, and Japanese-style thin-soy-marinated grilled fish collar, where the chef carefully monitors the cooking process to preserve the fish’s tenderness and skin gelatin. A sprinkle of white sesame before serving perfectly complements the dish. Other offerings include Indian tandoori chicken and Japanese grilled squid.

 

Additionally, Parkview Buffet staff will thoughtfully roam the dining area offering freshly grilled items such as salt-grilled shrimp, torch-seared scallops, charcoal-grilled Shaoxing sausage, grilled garlic leeks with basil, grilled zucchini, shell-on corn shoots, mini rice balls, and grilled chicken wings (grilled offerings vary and are subject to availability). Of course, no BBQ is complete without a refreshing cold draft beer — the ultimate summer refresher for gatherings with family and friends. With each round of drinks, the heat fades away. Unlimited beer is just NT$99+10% per person, plus you get a free grilled oyster. These briny, plump oysters are masterfully prepared by the chef to highlight their full seafood flavor — a fantastic deal for oyster lovers. Six grilled oysters normally cost NT$594, but are on special for just NT$300 for the promotional period.
