Have a fun summer mini-trip at Guandu Nature Park!

Located in Beitou District, Guandu Nature Park boasts natural wetland scenery and safe venue facilities, often serving as a great spot for schoolchildren to engage in outdoor activities during summer vacation. This summer, the management of Guandu Nature Park has specially prepared a summer package program for elementary after-school care programs—“Guandu Wetland Mini-Trip.” Applications are accepted every Tuesday to Friday from now until the end of August. The activity includes a themed guided tour, creative DIY, watching ecological documentaries, and more, totaling 5.5 hours. In addition, the park has increased the number of weekend DIY sessions during the summer holiday. The July theme is “My Forest Pen Holder,” and August’s is “Magical Bird Bracelet,” both held at 2 PM every Sunday.

To help busy parents plan their children’s summer activities, the “Guandu Wetland Mini-Trip” summer visit program is a specially designed package for after-school care groups. Through object observation, sensory experiences, and interactive games, it aims to boost children's interest in wetland ecology, guiding them into the habitat of wetland creatures and making their summer both fun and educational.

The itinerary includes a two-hour themed guided tour, creative DIY of flapping birds, watching ecological documentaries, self-guided learning activities, and more. Lunch is served at the park’s Duck Café, offering delicious set meals. The program runs from now until August 29, accepting applications on Tuesdays to Fridays for after-school care groups. Children must be at least first-grade elementary school students, with a minimum of 30 participants per session and a maximum of 60 attendees per day.
