The Wall MaaSuo Store

“MaaSuo” means “wholesale” in Japanese. It was originally a government-run agency for distributing tobacco and alcohol during the Japanese colonial era, and at one time served as staff housing for the River Bureau. The building holds significant historical value and has now been transformed into a space for music, light meals, culture, and art. MaaSuo Store retains its old name after the transformation, preserving its vintage charm, giving visitors a sense of nostalgia and freshness upon entering.
