Bread Street Kitchen & Bar specializes in British and European cuisine, featuring signature dishes from the London branch. Each dish uses handcrafted ingredients imported from the UK, while also incorporating local flavors to create Asian-style offerings. The restaurant’s design features a lively warehouse-style ambiance, along with a mix of retro and modern décor that mirrors the London location, creating a cozy atmosphere in this bustling, bar-equipped all-day dining venue.

To ensure smooth operations at the Hong Kong branch, Chef Gilles Bosquet has been appointed to lead the kitchen.Gilles BosquetWith extensive experience starting in France and expanding globally, Chef Bosquet has an impressive track record within the Gordon Ramsay Group, including stints at restaurants in London and the East End. He was also responsible for the openings of Gordon Ramsay Doha and Opal by Gordon Ramsay at the St. Regis Hotel in Doha, making him the ideal choice to spearhead the group’s expansion into Asia. Initially, the Hong Kong outlet will offer lunch, dinner, and bar services, with breakfast service to be added after the initial operational period—all aimed at delivering a premium dining experience for visitors.
