The “Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice Chicken” is made with carefully selected pure glutinous rice from eastern Taiwan, along with chicken, egg yolk, and shrimp, all wrapped in Tainan Baihe lotus leaves. When you open the outer lotus leaf, the fragrance bursts forth. The glutinous rice absorbs the essence of the filling, resulting in a rich flavor and a Q-soft, sticky texture. The “Oyster Sauce BBQ Pork Buns” are made with handmade dough wrapping premium pork shoulder, with tender, juicy BBQ pork that is rich in aroma and hard to resist. The “Steamed Shrimp Siu Mai” uses thick, fresh shrimp to make the shrimp paste, mixed with fresh pork and mushrooms for the filling, and is adorned with sweet fish roe, presenting an authentic Hong Kong-style siu mai.

With one light bite, the sweetness of the meat and seafood overflows in your mouth, with rich juices flowing out, and the sweet taste melting in your mouth. The “Onion Chicken Siu Mai” blends fresh pork filling with chicken and onion, accented with a touch of black pepper and topped with a thin slice of cured sausage, which serves as the finishing touch, enhancing the sweet flavor of the red meat.
