HowToTrip’s new brand, HowToTrip Le Kitchen, officially opened in Nangang on September 24th with a grand launch event.Located on the 3rd floor of the Nangang Exhibition Center, with a ceiling height of 4 meters and a total area of about 1,020 ping, HowToTrip has invested heavily to build a new buffet and banquet venue. The HowToTrip Le Kitchen RAKU KITCHEN buffet restaurant spans 317 ping, offering 250 seats, including two private rooms that can accommodate 12–18 people each. Pricing is NT$780+10%. Inheriting HowToTrip’s diverse culinary heritage and centered around the core value of healthy living, the space interprets abundance, colorful desserts, family-friendly entertainment, and a naturally comfortable dining environment. It aims to embody the design philosophy of the “Le” (Joy) Kitchen brand—bringing smiles to all guests and creating perfect dining memories.

During the opening promotion period, HowToTrip Le Kitchen invites food lovers to celebrate together,From September 24th to September 30th, to celebrate the opening, the first 30 guests for lunch and dinner each day can enjoy a complimentary buffet. Until the end of the year, weekday lunch is offered at a happy hour price of NT$680+10%. Additionally, residents of Nangang, Neihu, and Xizhi can enjoy a 10% discount on the regular price by presenting proof of residency.

HowToTrip Le Kitchen features four main dining zones: desserts, cold dishes, hot dishes, and a Japanese sashimi and sushi bar. With over 130 delectable dishes, it satisfies the palates of every food enthusiast. The buffet’s key masterminds include two leading figures: Chef Liu Yiming leads a professional culinary team, carefully selecting seasonal ingredients and presenting nature-inspired, healthy, and flavorful dishes through innovative techniques. Pastry Executive Chef Huang Fushou, with over 30 years in the industry and multiple gold medals from baking competitions, skillfully combines global ingredients to create nearly 70 dreamy desserts, crafting an atmosphere of ultimate sweet happiness.

Additionally, a dedicated kids’ play area is set up in one corner of the restaurant, featuring Flexa children's furniture imported from Denmark. The furniture has undergone rigorous EU safety testing to meet international safety standards and is both non-toxic and eco-friendly. It not only allows children to have fun but also gives parents peace of mind. The play area includes toddler ball pits, bird nest nooks, dreamy castle towers, and reading corners. Moreover, the restaurant thoughtfully provides safe children's tableware and seating, while staff deliver friendly and professional service to create a joyful and cozy play world.

The seating area blends harmoniously with the natural scenery outside the window, extending the sense of spaciousness, complemented by 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows to enhance the open feel.
