With the northeast wind blowing, the essence of autumn has finally arrived in Taiwan. Taking advantage of the still pleasant and cool temperatures,the sea of cosmos flowers at Fushoushan is in full bloom. Covering an area of more than 800 hectares, Fushoushan features ever-changing mists and clouds, and is surrounded by Hehuanshan and the Snow Mountain range. Coupled with its rustic pastoral scenery, it has earned the nickname "Little Switzerland of Taiwan."

In addition to being an excellent spot to admire the fiery red maples and Acer trees in late autumn, when vast areas turn brilliant red, Fushoushan Farm also sees large swaths of cosmos flowers blooming one after another after the Mid-Autumn Festival. The flower sea undulates in the wind, complementing the backdrop of the Snow Mountain range hidden among the misty clouds. The top layer of the view is the bright blue sky, the middle layer consists of continuous green mountains and trees, and the bottom layer is a vibrant sea of pink cosmos flowers—this is the purest and most rustic autumn beauty at Fushoushan Farm.

The sea of cosmos flowers at Fushoushan has been blooming gradually since after the Mid-Autumn Festival and reaches its peak now in early October. After mid-October, the flowers gradually begin to wither. The most spectacular display of cosmos flowers at Fushoushan can be found in the 2-hectare pink floral carpet of the Fruit Tree Observation Area’s Plum Garden, welcoming visitors with overwhelming beauty.
