In 2006, the world’s first wild vegetable dessert specialty shop 【Patisserie Potager】 was established in Nakameguro, injecting a healthy new trend into Tokyo’s fashionable sweets scene and quickly gaining immense popularity. In 2013, the first overseas branch—a thousand-square-meter garden restaurant—was opened in Neihu, Taipei. In September 2014, it entered the trendy Xinyi District (ATT 4 FUN) to open its second branch, bringing a brand-new taste and experience to dessert lovers.

Locally sourced ingredients Light, natural preparation
Having radiant, crystal-clear skin that exudes charm from within—that’s the beauty of Chef Aya Kakisawa’s philosophy. Her healthy and vibrant energy comes from natural ingredients grown from the earth. With a philosophy rooted in respecting nature, she insists on using locally sourced seasonal vegetables because the food grown from our land is what’s best suited for us. The concept of cuisine is to promote a healthy diet, returning to the original flavors of nature, allowing the body to fully absorb the pure essence of fresh produce, reducing the body’s burden, and promoting detoxification. The dishes avoid excessive oil, sugar, salt, and MSG, featuring light flavors, diverse textures, freshness, and nutrition.

Light vegetable cuisine. A new trend in dining
In the busy lives of modern people, the number of those who eat out is increasing. It’s important to eat nutritionally balanced and healthy meals. Following Chef Aya Kakisawa’s creative philosophy, the shop in Taiwan has perfectly integrated color and flavor. Whether it’s spinach, carrots, pumpkins, apples, strawberries… all kinds of brightly colored fresh vegetables and fruits serve as the most beautiful natural coloring agents. Without artificial additives, they creatively produce elegantly colorful French desserts. Meanwhile, the 100% fresh fruit and vegetable-blended ‘Vitality Slimming Vegetable Juice’ overturns the traditional earthy and dull flavors of vegetable juices. The perfect ratio of fruits and vegetables appeals to adults and is even loved by children. A glass of Potager Garden’s popular drink ‘Veil of Silk Green’ is almost equivalent to eating a whole plate of stir-fried sweet potato leaves in terms of nutrition.
