On November 9, there will also be the "2014 Taiwan Bicycle Festival – Sun Moon Lake Come! Bikeday" cycling event, which for the first time combines vintage bicycle riding and costume reenactments of classical bicycle riding, creating an elegant carnival atmosphere. During the performances, spectacular fireworks will be launched in sync with melodious symphonic music, allowing visitors to more deeply experience the beauty of Sun Moon Lake under the dazzling lakeside fireworks.

The annual "Sun Moon Lake International Fireworks Music Carnival," held every October, is a signature highlight event for both domestic and international travelers visiting Sun Moon Lake in autumn. This year’s music performances kicked off on October 18 at the Ita Thao Wharf with The North Face’s “Mountain Wild Music and Fireworks Festival,” followed by four consecutive weekends of exciting shows,including Taiwan Mobile’s Fireworks Concert “Our Future – Not a Dream” on October 25, the Hsinchu Symphony Orchestra’s “Disney Fantasy World” on October 26,the Butterfly Symphony Orchestra’s “Four Seasons of Sunshine” and Rainbow Valley Band’s “Aboriginal Rock” on November 1, the Private Fu-Hsin Experimental High School’s “Strings Resonate Over Mingtan” on November 8, and the 2014 Taiwan Bicycle Festival’s “Sun Moon Lake Come ! Bikeday Bicycle Event” on November 9 as the grand finale. Each event is accompanied by a fireworks display, allowing you to enjoy the distinct charm of Sun Moon Lake by day and night.
